Jed Whitaker

Jed has been practicing law for more than 25 years. Raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, he returned to his hometown to build his practice after graduating from Boise State University in 1994 with a degree in accounting and from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1999.

Jed began his legal career at a large law firm, where he gained valuable experience handling complex civil matters. He later shifted his focus to criminal law, serving as a deputy criminal prosecutor in Coeur d’Alene. His years in the courtroom—on both sides of the aisle—have made him a highly experienced trial attorney with a strong record of success.

Committed to the people of North Idaho, Jed combines deep legal knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and giving back to the community by coaching youth football, basketball, and baseball.
